The latest developments at PMI are opening new horizons in the world of project management, including the acquisitions of Cognylitica and the Agile Alliance. We will provide insights into a new book, PMO: A Practice Guide, and present the newest PMI certification designed specifically for PMOs. We will also discuss how PMI supports project managers with training programs focused on the application of artificial intelligence.
